She has served three terms as President of the Key West Chamber of Commerce over the past nine years and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. She also serves as RPAC Chair for the Key West Association of Realtors, and as Trustee of the Klaus Murphy Foundation, which distributes roughly $500,000 annually to nonprofits serving the needy and distressed of the Key West and Stock Island community.
Three years ago, Suzanne founded her own nonprofit, Fund the Future, Find the Cure, dedicated to supporting local cancer patients and the broader Key West community. Each year she organizes a benefit concert that raises $16,000–$18,000 for the Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys.
